G & A Discount Grocery Plus is a salvage retail & wholesale grocery store. This means we deal in items that come in slightly damaged, a little out of date, or overstock that other stores have pulled from the shelves. The merchandise is usually name brand which you can purchase at a great savings. Each can, bottle or box is checked and cleaned before it ever reaches the shelves.  Sometimes the merchandise is perfect which means another store pulled it to make room for different items or the merchandise got damaged at the warehouse. In the case of warehouse damages usually just one or two of the items in the case get damaged and the company will scrap the whole case leaving perfect leftovers for you to save on.  Most of the time they come in with the rest of the salvage merchandise, so we are still able to save you money on perfectly good merchandise.

We have a good selection of canned vegetables, fruits, soups and more.  Keebler pallets have all kinds of good crackers and cookies. We have coffee which includes from time to time, Starbucks, Millstone, Seattle’s Best, Maxwell House, Folgers and more. Dog and Cat food are big items for us. We usually have a great selection of name brand dry dog and cat food like Iams, Alpo, Friskies, Purina One and more. We also have canned pet food. We have freezer and cooler items such as chicken fingers (breaded and non-breaded), chicken breasts, steaks, pork tenderloin, and ham.

We carry some “clean-case” goods to fill in when certain salvage items are not available. These are items that have nothing wrong with them at all, we just buy them in bulk and are still able to save you money. We have medicines, HBA, laundery and cleaning products, breakfast cereal, box dinners, novelity items and much more.
